You have the chance to win the right to receive a firearm via transfer through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL), pending all legal requirements!

Custom 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC):
This Custom 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) is loaded with specs that will make any marksman stoked. Includes: Rise Armament Trigger, Odin Works 9mm superset barrel with integrated flash supressor, Andro skeletonized lower and upper, R&D Precision 9mm Full Auto BCG, Odin Works Forend Ranga M-lok 12.5”, Odin Works Zulu buttstock assembly, Future Forged Vektor Grip, Armaspec SMB9 buffer and spring, Presma Ambidextrous Charging Handle, Odin Works complete lower parts kit, and Crimson Trace red dot optic UTG 33 round magazine (x1). The rifle has been fired to ensure functionality, at perhaps 30 rounds total. Weight with optics is 5.81lbs.
What we like about this PCC:
Lightweight with an adjustable buttstock.
Accepts glock pattern magazines (which you can find practically anywhere).
Great for home defense or plinking considering 9mm is relatively inexpensive.
The red dot optic was fairly accurate straight from the box and the trigger pull is crisp.
Entry access excludes CA, NY, NJ, HI, and MA. Firearm is transferred via FFL ONLY.
HOW THIS RIFLE RAFFLE WORKS:
Payments are requests to enter, not automatic tickets. Every entry is manually issued by our team after eligibility attestation is reviewed. Payments will be void and returned if entry is clearly ineligible (CA, NY, HN, HI, and MA). Payments are received through this webpage, cash, or personal check. Please allow 48 hours once payment is received to receive issuance and confirmation of ticket (if eligible).
Once payment comes in, our team will manually assign a ticket and will confirm via email. Only then is the entry valid.
The Rifle Raffle will be active for 6-weeks. A winner will be drawn via LIVE STREAM on our nonprofit Facebook page (EvokeChangesOutdoors) on evening of Friday, March 27, 2026.
Background check will be required by winner drawn. If background check is failed, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, and an alternate winner will be drawn. Rifle will be issued by our FFL and received by winners FFL of choice, who will issue the riffle directly to winner.

We are currently raising money to support a small group of veterans to do a spring black bear hunting adventure therapy trip.
